The holiday home “Ai Portici Apartment” is an apartment of about 70 square meters. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and completely restructured. It is located in a quiet building provided with a keeper and it is 250 meters far from the A line subway (stop Giulio Agricola). Thanks to this, you can easily reach the major sites of cultural and tourist interest in Rome. In addition, it is located few kilometres away from the great ring road (the major highway around Rome), the other highways and from Castelli Romani, in an area plenty of shops, malls and restaurants.
It is composed by a double room (upon request, we can add an additional single bed) supplied with TV, bathroom with shower and bath tub (in the bathroom there is a washing machine too), living room with a double sofa bed, TV and internet station, kitchenette supplied with everything you need: microwave, espresso machine, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The apartment is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi
Moreover, our holiday home has agreements in order to guarantee additional services to our guests, (like a babysitting service, wellness treatments, personal chef and tourist guide). You can enjoy all these high-quality services at moderate price. In order to benefit from these services, guests should request them the moment they book (if they want to enjoy them from the first day of visit) or during the check-in (for the following days).
